The work, after the dust settles.

Each engagement is recorded the same way: what the firm was dealing with, what we built, what changed, and how we measured it. Where a client prefers not to be named, the firm is described rather than identified.

How results are measured

A figure only counts if it was measured twice.

The audit sets a baseline before anything changes. The same measurements are taken again after handoff. Anything we could not measure directly is labelled as an estimate.

01
Baseline at audit

Before anything changes we record how long coordination actually takes: time to produce a status update, hours spent chasing information, where the project record breaks.

02
Same measure after handoff

Four to six weeks after the system is live, the same measurements are taken again, by the same method, with the team doing the same work.

03
Estimates named as estimates

Where a figure cannot be measured directly (avoided rework, deadlines protected), we say so and show the assumption behind it.

Some firms are happy to be named. Others treat their internal operations as commercially sensitive, and we agree.

Every case on this page is published with the client's approval. Where a firm is described rather than named, the discipline, size and figures are unchanged; only the name is withheld. We can arrange a reference call instead.
