Audit

Typically 1–2 weeks

We start by establishing how the firm actually runs, not how it is documented to run. That means working inside the tools you use every day, reviewing how projects are tracked, and talking to the people doing the work.

Identification of bottlenecks, duplicate work and workarounds

Architecture

Typically 1 week

Before anything changes, we agree the blueprint: how information should move through the firm, what lives where, who owns what, and how a project travels from intake to delivery.

Build

Scope-dependent, usually 2–6 weeks

The foundation gets built. We set up your workspace and project management tools, migrate existing data, and build the custom software the firm needs where off-the-shelf tools cannot provide it.

Automate

Runs alongside or after Build

With a structure in place, automation has something reliable to plug into. We connect the pieces and remove the manual steps that used to eat the day, from file naming to status updates to follow-ups.

Handoff

Final 1–2 weeks

A system your team cannot run without us is not a system, it is a dependency. We document everything, train your team role by role, and make sure the system runs on its own. We are a call away if it does not.
