If you send an enquiry, we process the name, email address, company, team size, selected interests, message, submission time, and limited technical information needed to protect the form from abuse. We do not request special-category personal data through the form.

We use enquiry data to respond, establish whether Arenyx can help, prepare a proposal where requested, maintain necessary business records, and protect the website. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business.

Enquiries pass through Arenyx-managed website and automation infrastructure and are delivered through Google Workspace. Hosting, backup, and email providers process only the information required to provide those services under their contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

The site uses a self-hosted, cookie-free Umami installation to understand aggregate page visits and interactions. It excludes query strings and URL hashes, respects Do Not Track, and is not used for advertising, cross-site profiling, or session replay.

Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for no longer than 24 months unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is required for a legal claim. Contract and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable law. Security logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed to investigate abuse.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
